The cancellation conditions for paid training sessions
- You may cancel free of charge or modify the date of a training until three weeks prior to the date of the training.
- After this date and until two weeks before the training a fixed fee of 10% of the total will be charged as well as other expenses incurred (hotel, train or airplane tickets, the rental of equipment, …) prior to the cancellation or modification of the date to recover all administrative and organizational costs.
- After this date and until one week before the training a fixed fee of 30% of the total will be charged as well as other expenses incurred (hotel, train or airplane tickets, the rental of equipment, …) prior to the cancellation or modification of the date to recover all administrative and organizational costs.
- After this date and until less than a week before the training the total amount will be charged as well as other expenses incurred (hotel, train or airplane tickets, the rental of equipment,…).
- If Food Security, in case of force majeure, has no other option than to modify the date of the training, they will determine another date as soon as possible.
